Belsavis has Jungle fight. which is really kill up to 10 mobs in a cave and click on a body, if someone has just done it recently you can't get the bonus until the mobs respawn, but you run into a small cave click a body and quest over, super short.

As far as my HM experience, the fastest seem to be all the early ones, such as BT/Esseles, Hammer Station, Athiss, because they are still easy enough to not result in endless wipes even for random pugs. The rest are so dependent on your group. I wanted to see if anyone's made a list of easy/fast heroics.
