Jan 15, 2024 · U-Verse TV out. Must be a U-Verse TV outage this evening. Have all green lights on Gateway modem but screen says U-Verse not available. Called 800-288-2020 and got message that wait time was 7 hours or I can schedule a call back tomorrow. Update: As of 11:20AM EST issue is resolved. Problem was related to migration of cloud services IPTV (change of IP address) in the Azure cloud for U-Verse mid-region IPTV server. Old IP restored.
