Feb 22, 2023 · First and foremost, we must address the staffing issue that is debilitating our craft. Nationwide, letter carriers are overworked, and post offices are understaffed. One obvious solution that we seek is increased wages. If the Postal Service wants to recruit and retain letter carriers, it starts with a competitive wage —plain and simple.

With 7 day delivery at least there is a better chance of getting 2 consecutive days off.
