Tradestation is probably the best platform out there. Of course it takes time to get a hold of customer service that’s because people r calling because they can’t figure out their front side from backside. They all are helpful and Steven my account manager is brilliant. And so are all the guys on the trade desk.

I tried to make a tradestation account since February. I spent 40+ hour to do it. First, impression it might seem like a decent customer service but they end up rebounding you between different departments. They stole $130 dollars to me plus most importantly the time.
