Just back from a stay at the Sheraton Vistana, went to downtown disney twice while there. It is not a short easy walk. you would be walking through an extremely busy area with many lanes of traffic, another vote here to take a cab! 5.

Cascades and Lakes are in 4-5 story buildings (with elevators), whereas others are 2-3 stories. All areas have been renovated.
