Dec 30, 2021 · So I just hopped on Warframe to finish out the Protovyre quests to unlock the last stage of the Ephemera and Syandana and i had about 60 out of 75 relics to unlock the last stage for the Syandana, and about 400,000 focus out of 500,000 for the Ephemera but all my progress is now gone and I have to restart from zero. Help please!

For a few updates now ephemeras disappear randomly after you load into missions, be it on operator or frame. Most of the vengeful ephemeras, frostfall, protovyre and spore disappear and it's incredibly frustrating.

I received the protovyre collection from a clanmate as a gift. (in case that's relevant.) I think the relic one must be bugged because I obtained 7 different relics while focus farming ESO and didn't gain a single bit of progress. I was host at the time. For OP specifically: The equipped ephemera did gain focus and evolved as planned.
With Equinox Prime Vault you get the Isabeau Prime and the Narvarr Prime. With Prime Resurgence, for the same price you have to choose between either the Syandana or the armor.
