A Fun/Different LBG Build - Slicing Rapid Fire. This is my take on a different type of LBG build, apart from the Nargacuga Pierce 2 spam and any Elemental Builds using the Rathalos or Almudron LBGs. This one focuses on 2 things: Slicing Ammo and therefore cutting tails/breaking parts. If you invest all your custom upgrades into attack, the difference in sticky damage is tiny. So I say start with Jho and eventually at like MR100 you can farm enough to make Blackwing a better choice.

IMO sticky is the only real way to build support LBG because sticky is technically a status ammo type (which is the entire reason to choose LBG over SnS for support) and because it doesn't really require much to get it going meaning you lose less damage overall compared to other ammo types. If you want variety for your pierce gun there are choices between: Malzeno: 330 Raw, 400 slots, Rampage1, 0% affinity, has spread2, Average Reload. Shaggy: 310 Raw, 000 slots, rampage2, 35% affinity, poison/sleep1, sticky2, spread3, Average Reload. I'd advise having a decent charm before utilizing them. What weapon and build are you using?. Pierce IMO is amazing against leviathans and monsters with continuous shot hitzones. Lbg with rapid fire pierce 2 is very good against most monsters. You're hitting for damage multiple times on a pierce shot and basically machine gunning.
