It has a 12V power accessory socket in the rear cargo area, along with a 12V socket in the front console panel. The 12V socket in the front works fine, but I found that the one in the back is not working when using the same accessories (100W inverter, LED light).

I verified that the ground works and no power is coming in on the red/black positive wire as indicated on the diagram. The "cleared code" response above led me to try clear any potential codes with a negative battery terminal disconnect for 10 minutes. Checked with battery tester and battery is good at 12V. Plugged everything back in and vacuum works on ACC and with engine on. There is a class action lawsuit pending. If you are having this issue and the dealer can not fix, it is because of faulty connections between small cables in the wiring system.
