front differential rebuild. the ring and pinion look to be in good condition. The bearings are toast. the drivers side output shaft seal was leaking (before I bought the truck) and I think it was run low enough to cause bearing damage. I've disassembled the unit and cleaned all the parts thoroughly.

Crazy they spec the transfer case at 45k severe or 97.5k normal but no diff. I'll do my entire drivetrain around 50-60k.
