This is my first cycle since my miscarriage in may. I'm 5dpo, had cramps in my ovaries and hips all day and sharp tugging pains in my uterus. Could this be implantation? Everything I've read suggests 5dpo is too early to implant but it feels like dull AF cramps, so much so that I took a pad with me to work yesterday in case I started.
