Sure he has high health but cant hold aggro and only deals 5 damage a hit. He has some handy spells but you cant use them since hes stuck in bear form. Then I put the party outside the doors. I send Gale in to trigger the dialogue, the battle, and Misty Step back outside. Close the doors, wait for Dror Ragzlin to get closer to the smoke powder and drop the nearest brazier with an arrow or use a fireball.
