Sep 29, 2019 · In this week's episode of Bar Rescue, Jon Taffer and crew are in West Bountiful, Utah to rescue The Fifth Amendment. The Fifth Amendment is also referred to as "The Fifth" and is owned by Brad Hepworth whose father previously owned the bar. During recon, Jon packs the bar and pulls all of the bartenders out of the building.
