After updating to the newest patch, the Wasteland trader is perma open and teleports me during business hours. Went in admin mode to turn in a completed quest and get another, and noticed that the trader now only offers buried supplied quests. I reset the quests but he still only offers buried supplies. It's t3 if it matters.

Trader loot is more specialized per trader, as is already planned. But they also have less inventory overall - say, a quarter of what they have now.
