The ones I find all look the same with 6-8 meals listed a day. I do not have the time to cook/eat every 2 hours. A simple 3-4 meals a day or 3 meals with 2 snacks will be perfect. I need around 3000 calories a day. Can be dirty. And I don’t want the same thing every day! I like to have different things each day or I’ll get super sick of it.
