I had the same problem. IMR Blue powder, 2 1/2 shell, 16 gauge. I develped my load by downloading all the 12 and 16 gauge data using IMR Blue into a spreadsheet. Then determined the powder to shot ratio to determine low and high powder chsrge. Loaded a few starting at the low end, and found good performance right in the middle ratio.One of the best powders for those loads would be Accurate's Nitro 100. Also Hodgdon's Titewad should work very well. As far as 20 ga 3/4 oz loads, you will be hard pressed to beat Green Dot or Hodgdon's International. Giving reloading recipes using bushings isn't smart. Since this thread has asked about Titewad AND Titegroup, both denser powders (especially the latter), it's a dangerous practice to use bushings numbers instead of an actual weight. Use a scale, always. Powder weights vary between lot to lot.
