The Rage Meter is supposed to dictate the likelihood of a Lich showing up in a mission. While there is always a small % chance a Lich will appear, the closer to 0% on the Rage Meter, the less likely an appearance is supposed to be. Make Kuva Liches always angry when we have all the requiems. Suggestion. The Lich System has a LOT of room to grow so here a quick suggestion. After hunting down all the Requiems required for your Lich, the problem you face is actually finding the Lich. If you get the wrong order, the Lich kills you, ranks up and gets and EMPTY rage meter.
