Jul 5, 2020 · Starting problem. I bought my first bike! I bought a 2007 Vulcan 900 Custom (10K miles), bike has its usual wear and tear and a bit rust in some parts! I also want to start this post stating I dont know much about bikes but this forum has helped much. An issue I have faced since I bought the bike is as follows: last week forgot to pull the ... 2. The vehicle down sensor is re-settable after the bike has been righted and the ignition is powered off and on. The sensor itself latches until the proper sequence to reset is followed.

1998 Vulcan 1500 won't start. This thing is driving me crazy. With the key on I have full running lights but when I hit the start all I get is a clicking from the starter relay (solenoid). The battery is new and charged, I get a full 12+ volts on the multi meter. Value should be 0.11 - 0.17 ohm (1-ohm scale). Start the bike and measure the voltage on across the same white wires and it should be 54V or more (250v scale).On the pump harness, connect black and black/yellow together and put to 12v. 2. Connect green to ground. 3. Pump should run. Be sure and disconnect pump connector from main harness before doing this. Pin 3B: Lead for 2nd accessory. Pin 4: Black/Yellow wire to fan switch, grounds the fan relay. Pin 5: Blue wire, switched side of the fan relay, powers the fan. Yesterday my 2006 Kawasaki Vulcan 750 suddenly developed starting problems. Its been starting just fine, but in the evening I tried to start it and the starter seemed to die after a couple of seconds trying to start the bike. It would turn for a second then run out of juice and make a clicking noise.
