If I remeber right there are 2 tubes 1 clear one of the side which loops over the end of the tank, which is the vent. and a bowl drain. See if the end of the vent has a plugged end.

Thanks in advance! I'm working on a 300 Bayou Kawi 4 wheeler that is leaking fuel. There is a fuel line, coming of the lowest fitting on the carb, which is just haning below the bike and leaking fuel. There is what appears to be an inline fuel filter about half way down that line. The bike starts and runs fine, it just pours fuel from that line.
