Hey everyone I just wanted to post my truth and to look back at when I finally pass my nclex, I am first time test taker and I took my Nclex at 8 am March 17th, 2022 and had max 145 q's. Questions were vague not a lot of fluff! I got alot of priority questions, SATA, pictures, 3 meds and exhibits and multiple choice. Passed Nclex in 145 Qs got bad pop up. I mostly got priority, education, psych, and procedure questions. I got some pharm, maternity, a little bit of peds, 1 order sequence, 1 picture, and no med calculations. After about 3 hours I was done and I walked out of the testing center thinking that I had failed the exam.

Uworld, archer videos, and simple nursing were great. Most of mark k was unhelpful except the 1st and 12th video (unpopular opinion). Like the other person said, hold yourself accountable for productive studying and walk into the test like you're about to go all the way 145. In short, answering all 145 questions on the NCLEX does not mean you failed the exam. It also doesnāt mean you necessarily passed either. Though most students, as I said already, will pass the NCLEX.

It's still like 99% correct for the good pop-up (but only like 75% for the bad pop-up). 145 certainly isn't a "GOOD" number to end on, as it means the CAT was trying to keep going as long as it could to get you to competency, but it certainly does not mean you definitely failed. I passed at 145 and thought I failed. Statistically, itās unlikely youāre going to fail the NCLEX at 145 questions. Although itās possible to fail the NCLEX PN or NCLEX RN exam after answering 145 questions, the likelihood is relatively low.
