I remember seeing a post about these Chevy mirrors on an OBS. These actually look cleaner but the one I'm thinking of they originally had the small Ford power mirrors, took them off where they fold, leaving the base of it attached to the door, and put a bolt through the main cylindrical body of the Chevy mirrors and into the door bracket.

If you have 99-04 when heated mirrors were not offered you will need to make a new connection for the heat feature. You can just wire it to an "accessory on" wire, as that is how Ford has it wired. The factory mirrors like you show cost about $300 for the pair, but they stay in place and seem to holdd up pretty well. The cheap aftermarket knock-offs do suck. That said, I had the "Nemo" mirrors on my '95 F-150 and liked them a lot. They weren't so good when I had the slide-in camper, or when towing a wide trailer.
