Go into the dimension edit mode and turn the text background to transparent. Please note that if you do this it will modify all of this type of dimension. If you need the floor plans for both phases, select a floorplan in the list, in the properties (all the way down), it will state what phase it's on. check it, right click on the floorplan in the list, select duplicate.
