When you have enough medals, you can exchange them for what you want. For zenith Pq 4 ( in my opinion) is the best place to farm zeni. My reasoning is that the patrol fighters drop rarer hurclue coins than any other quest I've done.Shenron Gives 200 medals in his wish now if you want to grind dragon balls instead. Participating in events gives alot of medals as well. Hopefully the upcoming updates will allow you to spend Zeni to buy TP medals.
