Last Thursday I asked my union rep if I should file a grievance on my evaluation or wait til the new 4241 are printed. He said to wait because in the next day or 2 the NRLCA would come out with their advice. Well, it’s been 7 days and nothing has come out.

Feb 25, 2023. #1. We already have issues with this count at our office. 1st. Multiple trips to load the vehicle in the morning, was not counted. 2nd. Multiple trips to get tubs was not counted. 3rd. Return from route, no counting of anything to be recorded, including 3M, endorsed mail, UBBM, or accountables.

However, the key will be carrier's ability to count all other mail, bundled flats, raw mail in tubs, sequenced flats, EDDM and see these numbers reflected on the report.
