Inventory items persist through rebirths and challenges, nothing will reset your items. Items do not drop offline, you can only get items when the game is open. If your inventory is full, any items that drop are immediately discarded. This can show in the Item List as having obtained the item.

As the reward isn't exactly game breaking I was planning to do the basic and 24h in a row. There's a thread on kongregate where people suggest doing that after 2.5k xp earned but considering I've earned around 10k I'm not certain that's true for the current version of the game (and maybe I've simply been slow).

I've just completed No NGU challenge 1-4 yesterday with only 200 levels of A/D hack. My A/D does not get above 1 until about 5 minutes in and I didn't kill the first boss until ~15 minutes, but then the combination of Wandoos 98 (advanced training needed), 30 minute fruit activations, and the augment cascade after Boss 17 brings my completion time of the first challenge to about 1 hour.This also depends on your NGU levels, for the ones that apply to challenges (power, augments, wandoos and gold) around 5K levels is enough for what I mentioned above. No equipment (NEC) is a good one to do as well, but at 5K challenge NGUs it might still be a bit long.I am fairly early on in the game, around boss 75 and have completed quite a few challenges. Hey all - I'm getting decently far into the early game (17.46m/3.76m base caps, 1100 energy NGU, 2100 Adventure NGU, 165 drop NGU, farming Walderp set, all previous sets maxed, etc.), but I'm still having trouble figuring out when I should be taking care of challenges. Looking it up online gives... conflicting information, to say the least, what with patches and changes and whatnot.

About blind challenge. I like a lot this challenge, I find it interesting. I am in normal, preparing for evil atm, so I have finished all challenges. And my very last one was the 10th blind challenge. I was hoping that everything would be invisible.
