No, 7 day trial numbers aren't eligible for porting out. Porting out a trial number worked fine. It took only a couple of minutes. Mint blocks you from receiving account verification texts that are needed to get your account number when on a 7-day trial. I tried both through chat and the Ultra Mobile support number.
