Hi; I received the RFE letter for my newborn's birth certificate in Sep and submitted on Oct 7. I called USCIS many times including 2 times after 60 days. They created a request of inquiry for me but they said it will take at least 15 days to 30 days to respond. The deadline in the RFE is Dec, 25. What if they respond to meI-485 RFE (medical report) I received an RFE notice in my mail to submit my I-693.
