It's possible it's using some form of geolocation to only allow it to activate at the location. For weeks now I have been unable to get the TCM channel to activate on one of my TV's at 2 different homes. I select ROKU, enter the code select the TV Provider, Direct TV Stream, hit submit it flashes activating account and then just returns to.
