2009 4010 mule kaf620r overheating; need help. I hate to join and post, but I've read what I can find here and it hasn't solved my problem. I need help. I bought this unit used w/ about 1100 hrs. Found out after I got home the water pump was shot.. didn't notice due to cool air, short test drive, and no coolant in it to leak out.

Disconnect your battery, unplug the reg/rect. and connect your meter (set to ohms) red lead to any of the three wires that go to the stator, black lead to frame ground.Otherwise, you my have to remove the head to check for passages that are blocked. If it was a plastic material, it may now be melted in place.
