The Z8 still lags in AF vs the Canon R5, Sony A1, Sony A7R5, and others. The Z8 looks like a great camera. But for less, one can get the Canon R5 for less that has better AF. The 24/1.4GM shows great performance at the extreme edges even at f/1.4 (wide open). Slight improvement at f/1.8, especially vignetting. Notice that the Sony 24GM colors follow the trend of other GM lenses with a slight greenish/cooler bias whereas Loxia colors are slightly warmer and neutral in comparison.
