It seems to briefly go back to the WMR portal as well before "opening" Bonelab rather than just launching it through SteamVR. Go to SteamVR settings, Developer and Click "Set SteamVR as OpenXR Runtime". I haven't tried it yet since I'm stuck reinstalling rn, but everyone else says it works.
