I've tried numerous times to install the latest modpack. 0.6.13.1 #6 I've made sure that I have a fresh install of WoWs. I've tried the modpack from the different download links as well. Still cannot get the voicemods to work. I have run the archiver log and attached the file as you request for bugs. I have only ever used Aslains mod tool to install the mods that WG allows for WOWs. I use the carousel mod, the HBAO mod and the tech tree more. I was curious as to why I would receive this message.I suggest looking for a Lesta-compatible Tanki modpack. Currently, this modpack can only install mods to the 1.22.0.2 folder, and you need one that can install to the 1.22.0.0 folder.
