Feb 10, 2020 · 2016 Ranger 570 Crew EFI - No fuel or spark. I recently just fixed an issue where the EFI fuse was blowing every time you would turn the key. It ended up being a short in the key switch so I replaced the switch. Now I have power to everything and the motor will turn over, but it will not crank. I found that im not getting fuel and spark.

Thought it was flooded. Finally started and drove back to the house. Later started and ran OK, but the nest time I went to use it, it would not start.2018 900 S. Have no power going to the ignition coil. Died on us Saturday on an open flat trail. Did not throw any codes and is getting fuel. Replaced spark plugs before checking the power to the coil, no volts. Replaced the CPS sensor even though it tested fine. All fuses and relays are good and the engine turns over just fine.

If nothing out is found to be out of order start looking at the components that send signals to the ECU. IF you have no spark take a look at the plugs to see if they are wet with fuel. Did something happen to possibly cause this issue, referring to you riding conditions and use of the Ranger. Give us a little more information.
