Orbit sprinkler not working.

I have the Orbit 57946 smart 6 station WiFi sprinkler WiFi is setup and connected. I’ve tested the manual functions, I have NOT setup times since I’ve been trying to figure out the smart function. Yes I can see the planned watering days and times, but On the day and at the time specified it doesn’t water. That’s the concern I’m having.
