USPS lost my buyers package for two weeks. I reached out twice before a case was opened, and two more times when the case was opened but nothing came of it. The buyer had been kind and patient and I felt awful. Then we were both notified that USPS had damaged my package in transit. We crossed our fingers that the item was still usable.

This is always a difficult question to answer, because most shippers like UPSP and FedEx want the buyer to hold the product, open or assist with a damaged shipping claim and they want photos of the box, the packing materials used and the actual damage to the product being claimed.
