Unplug the machine and check for continuity across the two transformer input leads from the power switch. Also check between each primary lead and transformer body.

The blue face signifies military and all rotables are balanced. These are nice machines. Insides are identical to a redface. Copper windings, all the same length. everything that rotates is balanced, so the engine will last a lot longer with less troubles.
