Khajiit caravan chest.
It looks like 4-5 boulders stacked up, along the Riften wall. At the very edge of the wall, closest to the largest boulder, there lies an invisible chest. Doesn't seem to have as much loot as the others do. Maybe 20 or so items. Mostly potions, smithing supplies, etc. It did have 4-5 enchanted weapons though. Worth checking out at least.
Videos on there are from YouTube users who discovered it, credit goes to them. These aren't those chests that you have to glitch to obtain. These belong specifically to the Khajiit Caravan (located near the camping area, marked "chest" in the ground). Ri'saad is a Khajiit pawnbroker, accompanied by Atahbah, Khayla and Ma'randru-jo. His caravan is found traveling the roads of Skyrim between Whiterun and Markarth, stopping outside of each city and setting up tents for two full days before moving on. He buys and sells every type of item and is a good supplier of ebony ingots, skooma and moon sugar. Khaljit caravan chests are in Markath, Dawnstar and Solitude. The one sitting in front of the tent selling you the stuff. The chest is their store inventory. You have to wait 3-4 days, then talk to the khajiit vendors that are at the entrance of town. An easy way to keep them there is to start a conversation, wuickly back out of the coversation and wait the days. 1. There is only one merchant chest you can enter without glitching through walls. The merchant is the khajiit caravan at Dawnstar. Go to the mine near the longhouse an go the area on the left where there's a stone. It should say when looking at the ground open chest. Another one is at Solitude khajiit caravan.

It should have just stopped the items from respawning. I just pretend that a careless Khajiit from the caravan buried some of the caravan’s treasure there.
