Now Wayback's motto is that a good burger is worth the wait, but at the 25 minute mark I finally went up to the counter. Our food was sitting behind the counter and was ice cold. No apologies, even when I mentioned that the food was ice cold to the touch. The $4.00 fries had maybe 10 fries in the container.
