Use bleed, frost, blackflame .. whatever works for that boss and you like. We are not locked to specific set ups, so vary as you need. Blackflame Tornado is very effective, if you can time the longer wind up, but if I was facing undead I would switch to Sacred Blade. Use all the options you can and scale well for your build.

It wasn't too bad. I never used the bloodhound weapon as I'm a regular longsword user. I liked the name so I upgraded, but it wasn't as good as the starting longsword.
