Even though you can't connect, it would still be a good idea to leave the modem plugged in so that the reps can attempt to run remote diagnostics on it.

New to HughesNet and I could not mannually connect to wifi using password on back of modem. So I compared the Password Setting to the modem label. Label has one capital letter and the wifi password shown in the System Control Center does not. It must be a misprint.

Mar 29, 2020 · I tried rebooting the HT2000W modem, however, no system light is on. All other lights appear to be flashing randomly, just no system light at all. All wires are connected, ethernet connected to computer, cable connected, etc. I am able to access the router admin login, but am unable to access the system control center or any other domain.

It's been complicated by two things: 1 was a Microsoft upgrade that blew away people's settings. 2 was a change in the way the mail servers were upgraded to finally handle TLS 1.3.
