I think you just get a title. And I'm sure some really great loot + athena rep. I don't think you appreciate how freaking rare it is. Nothing currently available that you can get in the game is even remotely close to as rare as the shrouded ghost, and because it is random, no amount of grinding or effort will change that, which makes it special.
Shrouded is still loads rarer than the box of secrets. I have the shrouded ghost killed one time. Never found wondrous secrets. Found 3 boxes (one in 2019, one in 2020 and one in 2021) but zero ghosts since it was added. Got a box of wonderous secrets a couple of months ago in D.R. region while doing Athena.
