I'm quite certain it would be a cast crank.All the power stuff makes it really nice. Especially the cruise for me. Adding more power is very simple. However, if the Allison can only handle another 80-90 hp without damage. A 4L80E would probably self destruct in short order with another 90 hp and additional torque. I think it's the added torque that would kill it.

Street tires, stock type stall, and street driving will be fine. It's the shock to the rear ends that hurt them.from what ive gathered if your 6sp the only weak link is clutch, once thats good you can go up to +350whp with no other issues.
