If something were to happen, and Zastava's were made unobtainable for a long period of time. Yes, I think prices on these rifles/pistols would sky rocket just like the saiga's and the Veprs and the Tula AK's did. I would anticipate the M70 price point going up at least 3x the new price. Especially after a year or so of a ban if it were to happen.
