Obviously being in a class of 400 people will mean you have to go out of your way if you really want to stand out/need help. You can fall down the cracks at any school though. Sorry for the late response and unsolicited advice. Having said that, as a recent Temple Med grad I'd suggest that you folks designate TUH as your first choice for MS3/MS4 rotations. I think that you'd get good training at any of these sites, but a big reason to choose Temple Med is the Temple clinical experience.
