We left Saturday morning, arrived Saturday night (a story for another day…geez!), got all situated yesterday and are off and running today working from home and figuring out this new summer routine. In a shaker filled with some ice, add: 2 shots of your favorite tequila. 1 shot of a tequila mix (we like Tres Agaves Margarita Mix) about 1/3 cup club soda, Topo Chico, whatever you have on hand. a good squeeze of lime juice.
