Help! Hello All, I was hoping to get your opinion. It is a brand New LG side loading washer. Model #: WM3600HVA. The bearings sound like they are making a very loud grinding noise. The video has both the slow spin and the fast spin, (which honestly sounds like the machine is about to explode). I assume this is not a normal sound.
