These are the only good Ascensions for Lei Luo... The only exception is bottom right for Weapon Boost tree and top left for Lightning Strike tree. I tried to make a full lightning strike build but it was overall garbage. The Q does not scale and will stay a flat few thousand per hit and its too slow to even make it worth it.
