Mar 14, 2024 · Obituary. Rodger Alan Baker, 59, of Ridgecrest Ca., passed away on March 14, 2024. His loss was completely unexpected, and his family is profoundly saddened. Rodger was in the United States Army for 18 years and during that time he also served as an Army Ranger. For the past 10 years, he was a civil employee at China Lake Naval Air Weapons Station.
