The service manual says to remove the left front floor console extension panel. Once you open that up, reposition the carpet and pad and you will see the evaporator drain hose area. One end of the hose clamps onto the bottom of the evaporator housing and the other end of the hose goes into a plug on the floor.This was supposed to have been fixed last year in April 2011 and July 2011.
