Cadillac cue not working.

I own a 2016 Cadillac ATS. On friday, my CUE went out as a result I have no heat, power steering, and the OnStar does not work. I am not sure what the issue is, but my warranty recently expired as I am 4,000 miles over. Jun 26, 2017 · The steering wheel controls work fine and the backup cam. The AC works but I cant change the settings from the screen. I can change the temp and set it to Auto. The radio works but I have to use the steering wheel controls . Nothing has changed in the car. The CUE screens comes on but the touch part of the screen is not working for any command.

I talked with the Cadillac Customer Care. They ran test to find that they could not find my car in their system. He told me I need to have my GPS reset. I took it to Rancho Cadillac in Victorville, CA. They charged me $115 to do nothing because as soon as I got in my vehicle. The no GPS signal appeared. This issue makes me not want the car.

I did my own with the $179.00 screen. Trim tools are important as is the 7mm 1/4" drive socket and a skinny Phillips screwdriverand small needle nose pliers. After you remove it from the car, take your time and follow the video, especially when disconnecting and connecting the screen and front panel.
