I stated that I torqued the head bolts to 160 in. lbs and this seems to be working fine. Yes the bolts are in fact metric I just used the 5/8 as a reference size. I reused the gaskets and they worked fine. It is a 20 hp B&S Model 351777 Type 0036-01. I may remove the rocker covers and re-torque the head bolts as directed by your post.
